Shipments

Wrong Shipments

Changes

You will not be charged with return and shipping costs for purchases worth more than 99 euros, otherwise you will be charged with return and shipping costs or you have the option to ship the product at our expense (with the courier company we work with) and we can we send you the new product with 10 euro cash on delivery. You can contact us for further procedures and you will have the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value from the same season that the order was made (winter / summer). In case the customer wants to make a change for the second time in the same product, then he will be charged with the return and shipping costs. Otherwise the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, has not used the product and is within 14 calendar days of receipt has a further right to return the product purchased and request a refund of the price paid as provided from the Greek legislation for the protection of the consumer (right of withdrawal from the sale) and will be charged with the return costs. In any case (return - change) the product must be accompanied by a legal document (receipt - invoice).
Defective Product
If the product proves to be defective by the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase, and you do not have it repaired by a specialist, then it can be returned and replaced. You must notify us by phone or e-mail during this period. The customer will not be charged for return costs.
